North Tokyo Counseling

North Tokyo Counseling is a multilingual mental health counseling practice based in Nihonbashi, Chuo City, Tokyo, offering both in-person sessions at its Starcourt Nihonbashi office and online therapy throughout Japan and Asia. The team includes UK-chartered psychologists, a clinical manager, and an intern therapist, collectively serving children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families across a wide range of concerns including trauma, neurodiversity, and cross-cultural adjustment. Services are delivered in English, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French, and Romanian, and the clinic is an authorized TRICARE provider.
