Kouga Clinic

Kouga Clinic is a community-based general clinic in Musashino, Tokyo, offering broad primary care across internal medicine, pediatrics, dermatology, orthopedics, rehabilitation, allergy care, and psychosomatic/psychiatric medicine. Led by Director Takeharu Kouga, who trained at Hirosaki University and has worked at Musashino Red Cross Hospital among others, the clinic also runs a fever outpatient service, online medical consultations for stable follow-up patients, and vaccination and health-checkup programs. It relocated in December 2024 and is now about a 4-minute walk from Musashi-Sakai Station, with parking and bicycle parking on site. The clinic also accommodates traffic-accident, workers' compensation, and public-assistance patients, and offers psychological counseling with certified psychologists for patients under ongoing treatment.
