Izawa Eye Clinic

Izawa Eye Clinic is an ophthalmology practice located on the 8th floor of the Copis Kichijoji B building, a short walk from Kichijoji Station in Musashino, Tokyo. The clinic is led by a director certified as an ophthalmology specialist by the Japanese Ophthalmological Society, who also treats uveitis-related cases at the University of Tokyo Hospital and serves as a school physician. Services include general ophthalmology, fundus examinations, glaucoma and cataract screening, contact lens prescriptions, dry eye and conjunctivitis treatment, glasses prescriptions, and depth perception testing, with referrals available to nearby university hospitals when needed. The clinic is an outpatient-only facility and has adopted digital health initiatives such as using the My Number card as health insurance ID.
